Some part of our book collection is kept in the stacks. These books are defined “Book Stacks Collection” under “location” on the catalog. If you would like to use those books, you should fill in the “Book Stacks Request Form” below. The staff will retrieve them for you and they will be available at the Information Desk in the related hall.

The hours of book stacks collection are 10:00, 11:30, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30 in week days and 10:30, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 in weekend. The requested books will be ready in 20 minutes. The books will be kept at the Information Desk in the hall until the Library is closed. If those books are not taken within the same day, they will be re-shelved in the morning of the next working day.

• Please fill in the form accurately, otherwise your request will not be met.
• The online stacks request forms can only be submitted until 16:15 in weekdays and 15:45 in weekend.
• You may require up to 6 books per collection time.
